FSM Voucher update - 5th May 2020
You may be aware that there are again problems with the issue of FSM vouchers via the Edenred scheme, where there are significant delays and technical problems on their website.
Currently, we are working to upload information to the Edenred website and issue our next batch of vouchers for delivery on each Monday in May.
We are also working on cancelling and re-issuing vouchers that have not previously been downloaded and maybe 'stuck' in the system and not reaching you. Therefore some families may find they have backdated vouchers coming through.
Please be assured that we are doing all we can at the moment to manage this situation and to ensure that your vouchers are available for you as soon as possible.
Some voucher codes seem to go to the spam or junk folders, so please can you check these areas just in case.

Update 7th April
Edenred Free School Meal voucher scheme
You may be aware of the above scheme that the government have launched recently, that gives family with a free school meal entitlement financial support via the issue of a voucher for £15 per week, per child.
All of the schools within the Castle School Education Trust have been registered for this scheme and we have provided information to Edenred to enable the e-voucher to be sent to you each week through the period of school closure.
